Do you offer international shipping?
Currently, Ventura Living ships to all 50 U.S. states and Canada. We are working on expanding our logistics to support more international destinations in the near future.
What is your return policy for furniture?
We offer a 30-day return window for most items. Furniture must be returned in its original packaging and in unassembled condition. Please note that a restocking fee may apply to oversized items.
Are your materials sustainably sourced?
Yes, we prioritize eco-friendly manufacturing. Our wood products are FSC-certified, and we use recycled materials in our textile collections whenever possible to ensure high quality with a lower environmental impact.
How can I track my order status?
