At Ventura Living, we want you to be completely satisfied with your home furnishings. If a piece isn't the perfect fit for your space, you can return it within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange.
Initiate Your Request
Contact our support team with your order number and the reason for your return to receive a Return Authorization (RA) number.
Prepare Your Item
Carefully repackage the item in its original box with all protective padding and hardware to ensure it arrives back to us in pristine condition.
Schedule a Pickup
Once your return is approved, we will coordinate a courier collection or provide a prepaid shipping label for smaller home decor items.
Receive Your Refund
After our warehouse inspects the returned item, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
